Shipping & Delivery

We’re so excited for you to receive your Lumi & Seoul glow! Orders are packed with love and care from New Zealand and dispatched as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. During launches or sales, this may take slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.

New Zealand Shipping

• Standard Shipping: $6.50 flat rate
• Free Shipping on all NZ orders over $75
• Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days after dispatch

Australia Shipping

• Flat Rate: $12.00 NZD
• Delivery usually takes 5–10 working days depending on location
  Note: customs delays are rare, but possible
